  • Group buying and resident-exclusive offers

  • Digital eGiftBag promotional content

  • Rental-related services and information

  • AI-powered community and commerce recommendations

  • Local deals, subscriptions, group food ordering, and more

These Services may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features at any time.


3. Accounts and Eligibility

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Resident Eligibility & Verification

Some features, discounts, promotions, or group-buying programs are accessible only to residents of participating apartment communities.

By using these features, you agree that:

  • Your residency may be verified by your property manager or building administrator.

  • eApartment Life may share necessary information with property staff for verification and program eligibility.

  • If residency cannot be verified, access to certain offers may be restricted.


5. Community Behavior & User Responsibilities

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or staff

  • Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information

  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to breach security

  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Manipulate pricing, promotions, or group-buying mechanisms

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate community standards.


6. Group Buying, Promotions, and Offers

eApartment Life provides access to resident-exclusive benefits, including:

  • Group restaurant orders

  • Bulk purchase opportunities (e.g., Costco/Sam’s Club-style buys)

  • Discounted subscriptions

  • Local business promotions

  • Tenant-exclusive eGiftBag offers

Participation in these programs is voluntary.

Important Terms:

  • Pricing and availability may change without notice.

  • Group orders may require minimum participation thresholds.

  • Discounts are not guaranteed and may vary by community or vendor.

  • eApartment Life is not responsible for errors, delays, or cancellations by third-party vendors.

  • Some offers may require verification of residency or building affiliation.


7. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Payments for products and services are processed through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or others).

By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize the chosen payment method to be charged.

  • All payment details you provide are accurate and authorized.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the vendor’s or group-buy provider’s policies.

  • eApartment Life is not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party vendors.

For digital services, subscription terms and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

By using the Services, you consent to receiving communications from eApartment Life, including:

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, branding, and functionality of eApartment Life—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and digital materials—are the exclusive property of eApartment Life or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services

  • Use our trademarks without written permission

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the Services to build a competing product


11. User-Generated Content

You may submit content such as:

  • Reviews

  • Comments

  • Ideas or suggestions

  • Participation in discussions or community features

By submitting content, you grant eApartment Life a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your content in connection with the Services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or completeness of information

  • Reliability of offers, pricing, or promotions

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • eApartment Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • eApartment Life is not liable for losses related to third-party products, services, delivery, billing errors, or group-buy participation.

  • Our total liability to you for any claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to eApartment Life in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some limitations may not apply.


16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eApartment Life, its owners, employees, partners, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your interaction with third-party vendors

  • Your contribution to group-buying programs

  • Misuse of your account

  • Content you submit


17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms
